  • AROMA & PROPERTIES: The name thyme is derived from the Greek “Thymos,” meaning perfume. It has a rather sweet and intensely herbal fragrance native to southern Europe. It has Antimicrobe, Antiseptic, Antirheumatic, Antiputrefactive, Antivenomous, Bactericide, Diuretic, and Hypertensive. It is one of Hippocrates' four hundred simple remedies and is well known for its digestive properties. Very Potent Essential Oil and one of the strongest Antiseptic.
